Agreement and accounts
These terms govern access to PITCH, a contractor CRM and business operations platform provided by Plug and Play Sales & Consulting. By creating or using a workspace, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business and agree to these terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, strong credentials, and activity performed through your workspace.
Permitted use
PITCH may be used for legitimate business operations. You may not use it to break the law, access another workspace, distribute malware, deceive customers, infringe rights, send communications without required consent, probe the service without written permission, or interfere with availability or security.
Text-message terms
Customers who opt in may receive appointment reminders, project updates, estimates, invoice and payment notifications, account notifications, and customer-care messages from PITCH and the contractor business using PITCH. Message frequency varies with project and account activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Contractors must identify themselves, honor opt-outs, maintain consent records, and comply with messaging laws and carrier requirements. Your data and instructions
You retain your rights in information you submit and authorize PITCH and its service providers to process it to operate, secure, support, and improve the requested service. You remain responsible for contracts, estimates, pricing, measurements, tax treatment, licenses, notices, communication consent, and compliance obligations.
Integrations and third-party services
Connected providers have their own terms, pricing, availability, review processes, and data practices. You authorize PITCH to exchange the records and use the permissions selected when connecting a provider.
Construction, measurement, and AI tools
Designs, imagery, measurements, takeoffs, calculations, and AI-generated drafts support professional judgment and must be reviewed before use.
Availability and liability
PITCH is provided on an as-available basis and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the continued availability of every third-party service.
Suspension, termination, and contact
Access may be suspended to protect users, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address nonpayment. Questions can be sent to support@plugandplayco.com.
