What this policy covers
PITCH is a contractor customer relationship management and business operations platform provided by Plug and Play Sales & Consulting. This policy explains how PITCH handles information about platform users, contractor businesses, and the customers and projects those businesses place in their workspaces.
Information we handle
Account and business information; customer and project contact details; appointments, estimates, contracts, signatures, invoices, job notes, measurements, photos and documents; communication records and preferences; connected-account identifiers and encrypted credentials; and technical and security data.
How information is used
We use information to operate and secure PITCH, provide requested CRM and job-management features, connect services selected by administrators, send authorized business communications, process support requests, prevent abuse, diagnose problems, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use contractor customer lists for unrelated advertising.
Mobile information and text-message consent
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers that support message delivery, customer service, fraud prevention, security, hosting, or other essential operations. Contractors must obtain and document valid customer consent before enabling text updates.
Service providers and connected platforms
PITCH may use hosting, database, email, communication, payment, mapping, storage, analytics, and security providers to operate the service. PITCH exchanges only the information needed for features selected by the workspace administrator.
Contractor responsibilities
Contractors are responsible for lawful collection, limiting employee access, honoring communication preferences, and complying with privacy and messaging laws.
Retention and security
Information is retained while needed to provide the service, protect the platform, maintain required records, or comply with law. PITCH uses workspace isolation, access controls, encrypted connector secrets, password hashing, signed sessions, security headers, signed webhook verification, and audit records. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Privacy questions and verified rights requests can be sent to privacy@plugandplayco.com. We may update this policy as PITCH changes, and material revisions will be identified by a new effective date.
